If you pre-purchased a ticket we are happy to accept it for next year's event or alternatively you can request a refund by filling in this form and taking it to the Salvation Army, 211 Watton St, Werribee Mon - Thurs 9-5pm until Dec 22, or posting it to PO Box 483, Werribee 3030. Please return your tickets and show proof of purchase if you have a receipt.

For remote refunds: If you paid via credit card please include your card number, expiry and cvv number so we can refund via our merchant facilities. If you paid by eftpos please include your bank details (name, BSB and Acc #) and we will refund via direct deposit. If you paid online we can issue a refund directly.
