If it is raining well before the event starts then we will move Carols to an indoor location. This location will be posted on the web and anyone who has pre-purchased tickets will be notified and have right of first entry.

Yes, there will be 5 food vendors that you can purchase food from including

• Ice Indulgence - ice cream, pancakes, milkshakes and cold drinks
• Wagner's Gourmet - sausages and roast beef rolls etc
• Big Donut - donuts and cold drinks
• Coffee a la Carte - coffee and cold drinks

There is also a mobile drinking water fountation being provided and will be sitauted at the back of the lawns on the right side as you look at the stage.

You can bring a picnic blanket or chairs to sit on, snacks to eat and drinks, along with all your cups and plates, etc

Please refrain from bringing large umbrellas for shade, wear hats and sunscreen instead.

Whilst this is not an alcohol free event, we do ask that if you bring alcohol to the event, you drink responsibily, remembering that this is a family event.

There are battery operated candles available to purchase for $2 ea just after you have entered the gates.

You are permitted to take footage of people and performances during the event.

There will be female and male toilets located on both sides of the lawn and a disabled toilet will be located on the left side of the lawn (as you look at the stage).

If you have an accident or lose a child then you should speak to a volunteer wearing an orange Carols t-shirt.

St Johns will be available for first aid needs near the volunteer area on the front left side of the lawn towards the stage.
